30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our store’s contact form.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, return your original order if eligible and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items, unless defective on arrival
- Gift cards
EU Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, no reason required.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
